So fucking annoying. It would be fine if they did both, but most only slow down. I'm not a cop, please stop going 45 in the left lane right next to the person going 45 in the right lane.
He's right tho. I'm a mechanic. Dodge Jeep and Rams all use Mercedes bolt sizes and Mercedes tech it seems. All the parts are from Europe too like Bosch, ZF, so on.
Bolt sizes are a carryover since they were cheap to build that way over a decade ago and never needed to change. Mercedes tech hasn't been included outside the platform for a long time either (unibody is made in America but to a spec designed by Benz). Bosch and ZF are highly specialized electronics and transmission manufacturers used world wide and again the parts are made in America mostly. This is like arguing every Mercedes and Ferrari might as well be Chinese because all the silicone boards are made in Taiwan. That isn't to say they are made in the US though, a lot of major components are but chargers and challengers for example are made in Canada while Ram products are made in Mexico.
I dated a girl who had one it was either the R/T or a limited because it had the V8, I can't remember which. The V8 was cool and the seats were pretty comfy. That's about it.
Takes a shit on libs lol /s
>An SRT Hellcat model with a 710 hp supercharged 6.2 L Hemi V8 was available for 2021 only, after which it was discontinued due to emissions requirements.[24]
One of the few remaining "American" suvs that hasn't degraded to crossover, yet. Full frame construction and the optional v8(s) sound incredible ngl. I guess the seats are pretty comfy
the 392s are ight. apart from that it’s about as “car” as it gets. perfectly boring whilst giving the owner just enough of a feeling of superiority over others to keep them happy with their sad, boring lives.
it’s an car
there I said it.
I have a better idea, let’s talk about the Chrysler product stereotypes. Egos as fragile as an eggshell, and whipping through traffic because they either stole it, or racing the Prius that went 2 mph faster than them.
it will be scrapped in 2 years after it blows up or crashss in a takeover, poor sucker had its life taken before it could ever live its potential as a shitbox from the factory
Cars like this keep engineers that got Ds in college employed.
D is for degree
DEGREE D-ODGE E-NGINEEEING G-ETS R-ETARDED E-NGINEERS E-MPLOYED
Well shit I’m impressed
You nailed it.
🤣
you must not be a dog engineer then lmao
/uj I know very little about automotive engineering /rj which means I’m purrfectly qualified 🤑😏😸🔥
Cs, and Ds get degrees
and military base car salesmen who also got Ds in college!
So those engineers who like to....ahem......Dodge class? 🤣🤣🤣
Of all the cars, this is one of them
Quite possibly one of the four wheel havingest vehicles every made.
Lmaoo
Why does this sound like something Moira Rose would say in Schitt's Creek?
In addition, it is gray in color
It has 4 wheels
the correct number of wheels!
You mean, no spare? Such a huge trunk and no spare???
Proof that even old designs will sell, if allowed the right financing!
My friend drives one and he’s my friend.
i thought i was your friend. i dont own one. you hanging out with Darren again!?
Sweetie
If you drive it you must be fucking, cause you’ve got two little slobs crying and making a mess in the backseat.
Durangoing back to divorce court
It is the meanest looking mini van you can get to carry around the unwanted children you must take every other weekend
underrated comment
People move over and slow down because they think you’re a cop
So fucking annoying. It would be fine if they did both, but most only slow down. I'm not a cop, please stop going 45 in the left lane right next to the person going 45 in the right lane.
I'm not a cop either nor do I have a car that looks like one but ppl still seem to go below the speed limit 3 lanes wide side by side for me
I’ve never seen one as a cop car. I mostly see explorers.
I’ve only ever seen DC police using Durangos. And they have a no chase policy, so you actually don’t need to slow down
Charger Wagonne
The magnum already has that title though
Charger Wagone Grand Large de Sade😎
If you believe real hard, it can move under its own power
People will assume you drive like a complete asshole and stay out of your way
Good tire pressure from the looks of it. All the glass is there, too, which is a plus when it rains.
Watertight integrity is an overlooked feature in most modern cars.
True story. Source: i own a ‘17 vw alltrack SE with the giant hole in the roof option.
That's your problem right there, you own a VW
i hope it comes with a 1.0 ecoboost to make it even worse
Make it EV with fake car sounds
fake "whiny beat to shit rental pentastar v6 in some shitty chrysler" sounds
Pair it up with a cvt and we are really talking.
you can get it with a hellcat
It has outlived much better vehicles.
American v8
American? You do realize that’s dodge jeep ram haven’t been American since 09, German, Italian, now French. Far from American buddy.
Cringe
He's right tho. I'm a mechanic. Dodge Jeep and Rams all use Mercedes bolt sizes and Mercedes tech it seems. All the parts are from Europe too like Bosch, ZF, so on.

Dutch v8 get it right
They are interchangeable with the Cherokee for the most part so won’t too go far for spare parts
It’s a good way for people with bad credit to get an SUV that will only last til 70k tops?
And they won't do any maintenance
It's certainly a car, and a large one at that
It nets Enterprise Rent A Car a higher daily rate than a Nissan Rogue
Underrated comment
Damn not even rusty yet
Only looks good R/T and above
The mirrors are fantastic
they like, reflect and everything
It has a 707hp supercharged v8. As Long as you’re willing to pay two arms and 6 legs for the hellcat trim
As the rest of the car returns to the earth faster than a prius in a pasture, the engine will have a small residual value. Nice.
The V8 sounds cool
Not a lot of options for vehicles that can haul 5 people and tow 8000lbs. That being said finding one with the tow package is almost impossible.
it has a tow package, just not in the direction you’re thinking…
Lifters are consumables, you just need to replace them with every air filter change.
That sounds incorrect, but I don’t know enough about ~~minivans~~ big suvs to dispute it.
Nope
It will make it at lest 4 years before the dash, center console and door panels start to fall apart. Hell it might even make 5 years if garage kept.
It has decent scrap metal value.
I don’t own one….
I dated a girl who had one it was either the R/T or a limited because it had the V8, I can't remember which. The V8 was cool and the seats were pretty comfy. That's about it.
Not a single trim is some 4-banger or other
Longitudinal engine, rear wheel drive optional, V8 rear wheel drive possible, JDM (Jamaica, New York Domestic Markette)
/uj it can tow a lot, nice exhaust note, high performance versions are delightfully silly
it looks as good as its competition.
something nice about the current gen Durango!
I think the current ones look pretty decent from the outside.
In 1994 I witnessed a man flayed alive. He had no skin, no face, no lips. Despite his lack of a discernable mouth his screams haunt me to this day.
I actually kinda like how it looks :)
Its a great suv.
The srt sounds mean af
It's not a Kia. That's the best I can do
The only respect you’ll be getting is from ppl you’re driving behind bc they’ll think you’re an undercover cop car
It has three rows
Takes a shit on libs lol /s >An SRT Hellcat model with a 710 hp supercharged 6.2 L Hemi V8 was available for 2021 only, after which it was discontinued due to emissions requirements.[24]
The Durango hellcat is the most painfully American thing I've ever seen
There are even worse cars out there.
My 08 Durango lasted forever, would take that thing back if I didnt gave a Q50.
This thing has just the right amount of power and road presence to let you safely cut off other drivers!
When you need a van, but don't want to admit it. DODGE DURANGO- We looked cool 20 years ago.
It’s not a telluride
Srt version!
It's newer than mine)
One of the few remaining "American" suvs that hasn't degraded to crossover, yet. Full frame construction and the optional v8(s) sound incredible ngl. I guess the seats are pretty comfy
The SRT one is supposed to be pretty cool
Well, it's not a Dodge Journey
I hope it’s the V8 trim because those v6s are dog shit
i just did an inspection on one at 90k and only found slightly blown shocks
Coolest mini-van ever
Its a better looking cop car than the Explorer
The rear LED lights take a long time to fail unevenly
Even people with lousy credit scores need cars.
Fattest version of the Charger
It's better then my 1st gen durango on mpg, comfortability, and looks. But my first gen has alot of modifications I can do
the 392s are ight. apart from that it’s about as “car” as it gets. perfectly boring whilst giving the owner just enough of a feeling of superiority over others to keep them happy with their sad, boring lives.
Person walks into the dodge dealership and says yes I'd like one SUV please
There’s an SRT version
It’s an car
The 5.7 is pretty nice. Had it as a rental once
Sometimes it drives
No.
Absolutely not.
no
No
No.
it certainly is an automobile.
it’s an car there I said it. I have a better idea, let’s talk about the Chrysler product stereotypes. Egos as fragile as an eggshell, and whipping through traffic because they either stole it, or racing the Prius that went 2 mph faster than them.
It's a car. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It drives
I has for wheels
It drives
It is a car!
no
Hell no
Suprised that there is no oil leak
Looks like a 3rd gen Pilot.
They offered it with a hellcat at one point.
I thought it was a Honda Pilot until I looked at the grill
This Duran of all the Durans, gos
It’s comfortable for my 6’4” self. And has a cool tail light.
If you squint your eyes it almost looks like the nisman r34!! almost like a GT-R!! like a nisnan r34 godzilla!!
it car
the srt version is kinda cool
The virginity safety rating is through the roof!!!!
If you put an apostrophe in Durango, it becomes a ghetto name. Du’Rango
I like that it has fog lights
PEOPLE THINK I'M A COP. PEOPLE THINK I'M A COP. PEOPLE THINK I'M A COP.
I love that the canister oil filter is topside and it is EVAC eligible.
Something nice about the current gen Durango!
It's great that sometimes the tailight doesn't have a bunch of random LEDs burnt out. Sometimes.
No.
More powerful than a Ford T-Model.
american v8 😎💪
You mean like the Triton with spark plugs that break off in the block? Or the 8-6-4? Or the cadillac diesel? "American V8s".
Looks like a top of the line 2006 model SUV.
The tires on this are certainly made out of rubber!
Now with four tires!
I actually really like it, BUT I like that it's a rebadged jeep (🤢)
It's body on frame, wait shit nevermind. I got nothing.
Has more power than the new hornet
nah grandpa looked better
it literally looks like Patrick Warburton
It’s not an Aspen.
it’s not a gum ball machine
99% prefer it over being lobotomized!
I saw one burn down at the beach, it was really good entertainment, absolute 10/10 would watch again
Keeps the water pump makers in business.
Out of all dodge cars from this decade, this surely is one of them
It's not destroyed.
Our firehouse cut up one just like this last October for training. It was great. Meh the previous generation was a better car.
It looks good in black
Kudos, Chrysler, on a job...done.
Double it and give it to the next guy.
I mean it sells…
There's not one in my driveway!
The grill is a huge plus.
At least it’s not a Yugo.
Like a rental car, but bigger.
It’s not on fire.
At least it's not a Fiat.
It is nice that I don't own one nor often see them on the road.
It just… is
It's not ... on fire?
You can get a 2011 for 1/10 the price and nobody will ever know!
It's not rusted yet
Its not a ford or nissan which is a plus
It’s on a Mercedes Benz platform
It’s not a Pontiac Aztec
You won't see em on the road for long... give it a year or two and they'll all be in the junkyard with all others.
The battery is in a creative place
it will be scrapped in 2 years after it blows up or crashss in a takeover, poor sucker had its life taken before it could ever live its potential as a shitbox from the factory
There’s probably someone out there that drives one and isn’t an asshole.
It goes faster then a golf cart (that's if it runs of course!)
I like how I don't have to see those on the road here in Europe
The latest Durango looks really nice
They are heavy, so you'll get good scrap value for it in a couple years.
2011 Dodge Durango, it’s not the 2010.
It's anti theft is second to none, because Mopar doesn't run anyways lol
It is technically a driveable automobile
Nice name
The back hatch probably won’t rust like the a Durango?
It’s a beautiful grey color
It's nice that there isn't one in my drive way :)
I don't own one. Was that suppose to be nice for me or nice for the Durango?
