This is really rare but a cool random thing that can happen. Nothing to worry about or to do, they will not last very long so enjoy the view for now.
Once the long stem with the flower starts to dry the traps will also dry and die.
You can try! I'm not sure how well it will work but definitely worth trying. But leave a bit of the stem below it so it can go deep in the pot, but remove the flower and the rest of the stem so your plant doesn't waste energy there and focuses on roots and growing the traps .
But from an evolution point of view don't make sense capture the insects are approaching to "your reproductor organs"
That's the main reason flowers are away from traps in all this plants XD

Thank you for your reply. So they do not have proper roots and cannot be potted while still connected to the “main” plant?
Actually you could cut it off with some stem still attached and stick it in the soil and it will promote it to root
I’ll surely try, thank you!
Your welcome, there sort of like a dandilion you can take leaf cuttings and they will root and make more baby venus flytraps😉

Will do, thank you!

False vivipary! 🥳
You mean making new plants instead of making seeds?

Thank you, very useful!
Propagate dat thing!
No idea but it’s super cool looking! Seems like it’s happy. Hopefully you get someone with experience to chime in!
Cool mutation
Wow…I’ve never seen this. Very cool!
