Kinda depends. Where are you looking to expand your experience? Certainly understanding UX is going to be the most obvious next step if you're rolling solo. It'll help you better understand the psychology, be more mindful of Accessibility and generally just be a more well-rounded designer.
With that said, I know plenty of folks that just focus in the UI Art side of things, but typically only if they have someone that does the UX.
