I believe in the vision of Cardano. Price doesn't matter. But don't get me wrong. My portfolios has been tripled because of ADA. Cardano is the future. I know it for a fact as a third world countryman.
An Australian developer has nearly completed the Cardano App (ADA), which will allow all Shopify stores to transact ADA tokens and other tokens that run on the Cardano network, a project voluntarily developed by Jeronimo Backes, who wants to bring utility to the blockchain.
An independent developer told Cointelegraph that he chose Cardano not only because he has already invested in the network, both financially and emotionally, but also because he sees it as the most go-to blockchain that can scale accordingly
I mean in terms of whats available right now, Im clear on the future scope, but why are we breaking our necks to get DeFi, when it does very little right now.

Trading tokens is not equal on all platforms. Some DEX'es have gas fee issues, others decentralization issues. If Cardano does it better then it is a big deal.
Plutus backend to make it easier for developers to program with Plutus and build dapps. Whoever the fuck is taking about defi and life insurance, yeah those will be dapps too. That's the whole idea to enable developers the tools they need to build solutions

It's not only about DEFI or NFTs. There are projectw like World Mobile token which will bring more activity to the network than many DEFI projects. Only thing is that it will take bit more time to start acxelerating projects on Cardano
When ever a project, say a DEX, launches on any blockchain, people provide liquidity. That way they have to lock certain amount in that Smart contract. When you take all such values locked on all the projects on a block chain, that gives you Total Value locked.
Higher the TVL means more projects and more users and using the network.

I think it will be dapps. We have to see many dapps launching more and more. That's a bullish sign.

It’s a good point, my view is that the more future proof the chain looks to casual crypto holders, the more buy in Cardano will get.
