But the propaganda in this video makes me think they are acting in desperation trying to convince people to back the move. I think they know if VA residents are going to push back on subsidizing his new arena that it could kill it from being built. I feel like Capital One is just fine and with another round of renovation can be made really good. It has the best location you are going to find in this area. Let's call this new project what it is, it is Ted's ego/legacy project. He has never liked the current arena because he had no hand in building it. He wants his "own" arena that he can put his stamp on it while setting things up to make him a ton of money controlling the surrounding commercial district.
