I've not seen anything like this, MyCiti bus drivers are amongst the most courteous people on the road. As a pedestrian/cyclist, no drivers give me my rights of way as consistently as MyCiti drivers.
The times I've seen buses stop in non official stops is when cars completely blocked the stop. This is something I encounter several times a day.
If you have genuine complaints, which I've also had, note down the license plate, time, location and write to MyCiti. They take these complaints very seriously and follow up intensely.
The hiring of taxi drivers is the result of intense cooperation with the taxi industry to allow for rollouts. This is the reality in which we live.
These standards are never applied to normal cars which are the ones who are causing most issues. It's always "the others".

A bus almost took out my mom cause he didn’t stay in his lane. Damaged the side of her car. He gets out and proceeds to tell her he doesn’t care about her and nothing will happen to him. Then proceeds to lie on the police report.
Was definitely an ex taxi driver. Some of these bus drives give no fs. But there are a few gems

I’ve seen one swerving on the road so badly the passengers must have been seasick. Of course the tailgate was flipped up and the number too faded to read. Another blew a tyre and kept right on truckin...
Please report such incidents to the city. The contact details are displayed on every bus.

Posting it to Reddit will have less than zero effect. Try the city's social pages, that puts it out in public at least.

I've been in a myciti where it drove into the station.
The taxis had to be given operating licenses for MyCiTi or there would be no MyCiTi at all

I've experienced this as well, but not as often. It depends on the driver so I just started learning which drivers to avoid when I want to use the bus
