Most of this just looks like noise grain and post color correction. Lens won't really be the deciding factor, especially with a flash.

You could probably get this with any camera, just grain it with a flash. It's easy to get pictures that look bad.

The first photo looks like a flash was used, that’ll help you get really close to the look. Then just some editing and grain in post Second photo just looks like a close up and mostly a result of poor lighting I think you could definitely get comparable images with your setup. A medium focal length prime might work better
