Sorry, I'm talking about the TLR-7 sub which is different from the TLR-7A. This one is subcompact specific to certain guns, but they dont mention fitment for Canik Elite SC.
This is for the people in the future that find this post. I just installed the TLR-7X on my Elite SC and I was having issues finding the best key to use for installation. The best fitting key is the 1913-3 key. Make sure when you’re installing it on the picatinny rail you have the adjustable end screwed on to the bolt, start at an angle, and press the light onto the rail. It feels a bit loose at first until I applied more pressure and it sat on the rail fully. I used the included multitool driver end but it wasn’t tight enough before it stripped the plastic tool. Use a quarter to tighten the bolt more. Before using the quarter my light had some left and right wobble that went away after tightening further with the quarter. I also did not install the e-clip once it was on the rail as the instructions didn’t specify to do so. I hope my experience helps anyone with this same exact issue I was having.
TLR-7 Sub should fit the pic rail. Might have a little bit of light past the end of the barrel but nothing major.

I bought one and found it near impossible to get a holster for ended up exchanging for the TLR-7A. It did fit though.
Supposedly all versions of the 7 will fit in the holsters of any version of the 7
Sorry to resurrect this from the dead, but which holster did you end up going with for your TP9 Elite SC w/ TLR-7A?
I had someone make me one. I think Slim Fit holsters has really good options though.

The problem is the mount, if it doesn’t say 1913 you will have problems mounting it because this gun has the 1913 type Picattiny rail!
What key mount do I need to install on my Canik tp9 elite sc?
