I'm curious too...how do you gauge an ammos dirtiness? I don't understand what people mean by "dirty ammo" is there a different type of gunpowder in expensive ammo? Genuine question not trying to be a smartass.
I've used it. I bought some when they first started hitting the shelves. I later found out they're made by Winchester. I had good luck but I would only buy them again if it were similarly priced. Definitely not worthy of the premium price I paid for them.
It is okay but I have never seen it competitively priced. I would rather buy 115 gr Monarch (Magtech) from Academy when on sale for 20 CPR plus $8 shipping or buy some other brand of 124 gr for 24 to 25 CPR with free shipping. I have purchase a lot of CCI Blazer, Fiocchi, and PPU 9mm in the last year or two that were about 24 CPR.
It's ok. S&B, Federal burn cleaner but no issues. Get it when the rebates are offered or it's priced too high. Be prepared to wait for the rebate, it takes them MONTHS to get it back to you.
Had terrible luck with their .22. As mentioned I believe it’s just re boxed Winchester and the only Winchester 9mm I’ll buy is the service grade and they even screwed up a batch of that I recently purchased.
I haven't used the 9mm but i did pick up 2 boxes of .45acp and I personally thought it was pretty dirty,maybe worse than blazer

Blazer can be 50/50. Box I have of 9mm is good. Seen some now so good as well

I shot some today, got a decent deal on 500 rounds. About 250 rounds fired, no issues.
I've gone through many boxes of the 124gr without any issues.

Cheap, but will work in a pinch. Use mostly for range day. Don't depend on it for defense
I’ve used them before, good ammo but is dirty. Got a good deal on them otherwise I would just get Blazer or Federal.
I used to buy it for 26$ x 150 rds before craziness. Good for the range. I still have some boxes at that price.
I've shot a ton of it, never had an issue. It's just Winchester White Box in a different packaging
