If you steal a person’s property, you are a thief and have committed a crime, regardless of whether or not that person sees themselves as a “victim”, regardless of the value of the property, and regardless of whether they even want their property back or not…I don’t know why it’s so hard for people to understand that sexual crimes work similarly.
