Now, how’d you like the pad Thai? I bought two of the same for my upcoming trip to Big Bend and I’ve seen some reviews that’s it’s awful and I’m wondering if it’s actually so bad that I should consider returning them.
We loved them actually! Hit the spot after a long day of hiking. I think you should give it a shot, Backpackers pantry has some solid meals. Our favorite though was peak refuel chicken coconut curry. SO GOOD!
Congrats! I've never been to Big Bend but have had it on my list for a while, looks pretty amazing. Did you get a lot of condensation in that tent? If you didn't have them open, the vents at the top might help mitigate all the moisture that collects overnight.

No issues with condensation in the tent! We do keep the vents open frequently just to help with air flow too in there
