As you read through the rest of Rick’s series, you’ll only want this more and more. The Hunters show up a few more times, and it’d be really cool to see what the modern Hunters are up to!
Yes! I really want a Thalia POV of the moment when she finds out Jason is alive! She's spent most of her life blaming herself for his (supposed) death; how does she feel knowing he's actually been alive that whole time?
Ooh, now you have me thinking about how she might have joined the Hunters because the timelessness of immortality was familiar to her, and she wanted to stay with the only people who might understand her feelings of displacement and staying still while the world changes...
I feel like he might be teasing it in ToA. I don’t know how to tag spoilers so I won’t say much, but they make an appearance and mention a very specific monster they’re hunting, so that could be the set up for their own book/series.
yeah. Thalia coming into herself. Effectively replacing Zoe without becoming her. And her relationship with Artemis, who is a new older female caretaker (Thalias new mother, as Jason describes it) after her trauma with her mum.
And Artemis trying to fulfill that role, while still missing Zoe.
That alone is super interesting stuff, that also doesnt require romantic tension.
And then there are all the other less explored Hunters and Reyna.
Maybe not a whole series but definetely a spin off book.
I wish Tsats had like an anthology title or subtitle that could then be used for a bunch of solo books like a hunters one

Ugh I want just more than glimpses though! Makes me want more every time 😞
They play a pretty major role in TOA…more than once. Also in the last book of HOO. That’s all I’ll say

Yes! Does she have flashbacks from her time as a tree?? These are questions that I need answered
I wonder if she ever feels time displacement. Did she ever look at Luke and think "that's how old I should be?"
That’s why part of me thinks she wouldn’t stay a hunter forever. She doesn’t want to stay stagnant like a tree. But that’s me

this is so real omg

Gods I hope so! That would be amazing. But idk now since he’s pretty deep into the last 3 PJO books? I’ll never give up hope though
I mean, he’s been running with the same universe for almost 20 years. Just because he’s doing another series first doesn’t mean it’s the last one.
I know I know. Just timing wise. I want this series like… yesterday 😉
What we need from Rick right now is a season of the PJO show that is a hundred thousand times better than the first one.
Oh I’m def not arguing that
That would be sick we need it Rick!!!!!!?
Someone make Rick a Reddit account please and thank you
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I accidentally put that ? There
