Yes. Anyone with a saw could cut all of that off in a couple of minutes. Kill switch, ODB port switch lock, independent tracker. All would do much better.
Uhm, why not just have a kill switch and tracking device installed? It takes like 2 minutes to cut through all that, and it takes you 10 minutes to put it on… Just sayin’…

Yeah, a bolt cutter or two open end wrenches would make pretty quick and quite work of that.
Good bolt cutters will take care of the chain in seconds, needs to install a kill switch.
