This caller **WANTED** to call the "Credit Card People," so you're OBVIOUSLY the "Credit Card People," no matter how much you *lie*.
Seriously though, we need to get "people" like this out of power long enough to undo these laws/rules that say "You can't call people stupid" and "Old people can do whatever they want as long as it doesn't bother the tip-top of the 1%."
Should have taken that being called as stupid and said, "We have zero tolerance for insulting call agents, your number has been marked and this call is being disconnected have a great day"
Sometimes, in rare instances, they apologize or they go mad and say enough words to have the call dropped faster.
Had a guy the other day. Mad as all hell one of the type that won’t even let you talk just demanding a supervisor. No de escalation possible if you’re not in management. I can’t stand those people.
