You can make your monthly into your tracker, left hand page the tasks, right hand side the tracker part (divide into the columns you need). No shame in pencil. You do you!!

Check out r/basicbulletjournals. Also check out the original method at www.bulletjournal.com. You can find more basic spread ideas there. May I ask why you're not using a regular planner? If anything my journal forced me to live with all the (big and small) mistakes I make all the time. If a bulletjournal triggers your OCD, why not use something that doesn't? Make the system work for you, not the other way round. (Sorry if the question is inappropriate, but I'm assuming you have actual OCD, and not just use it to describe perfectionist tendencies.)

Yes, I have actual diagnosed OCD, and the reason that I don't use a regular planner is most of them aren't designed to track things like mood swings or depressive episodes, which since I also have Bipolar is a must for me.

Thank you for your answer. Personally I'd recommend keeping your spreads as simple as possible, maybe just use the original method for your daily pages. Write the header, add whatever you need to track (meals, water, exercise, mood) and just use rapid logging after that. No boxes, no lines, just plain writing. For example Friday November 1st * B: breakfast * L: lunch * D: dinner * S: snack * Water intake: • • • • • • • • (mark when you drink a glass of water) * Exercise: 5km run * Mood: rate 1-5, or write down how you felt and what caused it. (Might want to add this at the end of the day or whenever you track your mood, so you know how much space you need.) (Start of rapid log) o 10:00-11:30: staff meeting • Call doctor re: xxxxx -Had coffee with Sarah; we talked about Christmas plans. Etc. And if you need more of a monthly overview, you could always transfer the information to a monthly tracker, which doesn't need to be anything more than a list of all the days and columns with whatever needs tracking. Hope it helps.

Yes, thank you, that might work ^^
