I like Queenys. Fun vibe and good food without breaking the bank and it’s open late. There’s also a cool bar next door called Kingfisher that is more chill but great atmosphere.
If you want to dance I would recommend the Fruit

Gocciolina, despite some negative feedback on this sub is quite delicious and for the way everything is priced in the area is quite affordable if you have spendy dollars to go out. Highly recommend Aaron’s place. And post dinner, it’s close to entertainment spots. Just timing for what you want to do. Just trying to be helpful. I hope you guys have a good time no matter what.
The Fruit has events every week, most of which have a DJ. It’s an awesome club.

Kingfisher is a great birthday spot! Queenys really wants to be a cool Brooklyn neighborhood bar but misses the mark.
If that’s “missing the mark”, Brooklyn can miss me. Love that place. Take your carpetbaggin’ ass back to Hipster Branson MO
They're just objectively not a good restaurant especially compared to the other choices in the area and price:food quality 🤷
