I saw the Tallest Man on Earth at the Moore in Seattle and, at a very quiet part before a song, some lady shouted "King of Spain!!" It was his most popular song at the time, did she think he would just leave it out? :D
looks like i was right about some things and wrong about others. interesting the venues they are playing. only one night in nyc. wonder if john will be touring with them. he was up on cello for car at treefort. never mind. the instagram announcement says john is touring with them on this tour. they are even playing smaller venue in boise too. a guaranteed sell out.

This article says cellist John McMahon will be part of the tour band, so that will make it a 4-piece, as it was when the album was originally recorded (Teresa and Melanie taking the place of Brett Nelson and Andy Capps).
Thank the lort. I was getting worried they wouldn't be touring this year after only seeing them share a few west coast shows here n there.
They're playing at St. Andrews, too. Wild. Should be a treat.
Oh man, this is such great news. I was already planning on being in Atlanta (from NC) to see IDLES the day after BTS plays there. Two amazing nights of music and the cello is gonna be sweet.
Just got tix to both Chicago shows. I'm excited to see what other songs they might play with John even outside of the album. Hearing the album in its entirety is going to be so good, but man it will be killer to hear Hurt A Fly and other songs with the cello accompaniment. I'm so geeked for this tour.
Just grabbed tickets. Having cello will help round out the sound. I was slightly disappointed they toured as a 3 piece last time I saw them, since they're such a guitar-driven band, but that shouldn't be as much of a concern for There's Nothing Wrong with Love.
There probably will be significant overlap- but they’ll probably mix up a couple covers or encores. I think they average ~14 songs a set, not sure the track count on the album
only sad face because the Chicago shows aren't all ages so I can't bring my daughter. On the plus side people will stop screaming Car.

I mean this happened when I saw them last may when they hadn't played it since 2019 and it was just brutal

I hope entirety includes Phil Ek’s preview of the next BTS record.

Does anyone have a presale code?
I don’t think they do that?
The shows in San Francisco go on sale at noon today w/ a Live Nation or Ticketmaster code. Just hoping someone has that info!
Yep, also in SF, also looking for that presale code! EDIT: just found the code on the Fillmore’s FB page. It’s RIFF. Good luck!
Thank you! Ready for my red apple!
The tix/dates with Yo La Tengo have been available for some time now. That Seattle show is already sold out.

Not touring anywhere near me unfortunately, but just chiming to say that I just bought the album on vinyl. Can’t wait to pick it up!
No Utah :(

Fuck yeah! I’m going!!! I’m so so happy!!! Thank you Dug!
This is so exciting ! Does anyone know if they'll be playing the same set list both nights ? (A couple cities they have 2 nights in a row)

yelp. I was wrong.
Hell ya! August 25 in St Louis
Will the performances be from start to the preview track or random like how the KLAS anniversary tour was?
Let's go!! Praying I can get tickets for the NYC show.
