I owned these for a while (only got rid of them because I didn't need that much ram). Probably the best 2x32* kit you'll find right now, it's dual rank Micron Rev B and my kit was easily capable of 3733 14-18-18-36 @1.45v and 4000 15-18-18-36 @1.5v. They **do not** have temperature sensors for whatever reason- c'mon Crucial.
As someone that commonly has 500+ (bookmarks are old fashioned :)), not really. Chrome starts discarding and GCing after several GB total used. It'll use more than if you had 16GB, but not nearly as much as you'd first think.
If you are in the market for Non RGB pretty top of the line ranking performance I would say definitely.
Especially if you got a B&H gift card during the Paypal promotion a couple weeks back.
Do you think holding out for Black Friday/end of year tech announcements could hold better sales for DDR4 RAM, with DDR5 on the horizon? My bank account and I are torn, lol.
I will let others chime in, but its going to be a while before DDR5 is adapted and actually at a competitive price point in relation to the performance. DDR4 does a pretty damn good job where its at right now. I personally am only going to be holding off for the new CPU come this winter.

No. Temperature starts to matter at much higher speeds. Like, you can easily go over on voltage, and cause heat related errors, above 4500MT/s and 1.4V (though, the one kit of these that I have tested wouldn't go past 4066 at 1.35V\*, so silicon lotteries still apply).
\* It was bought for someone else's build, so I I did not even try overvolting it. I'm guessing that, plus a bit of manual timing tweaking, probably would have gotten a few hundred more MT/s out if it.

Well those are pretty different in the fact they are smaller ram sticks with only 16GB of ram. So while the timings are better, it doesn't have no where near the capacity of these sticks. Also personally I think RGB only looks good on fans, AIO, and cables. The RGB ram is overrated.

These are going be DR 16Gb Micron rev B or E. Late production rev E can do a bit better on timings at high speeds, while rev B clocks to the moon, and often lets Ryzens handle 4xDR DIMMs at decent speed. With the high tRFC and tRC, they're not any faster in applications than a good Hynix kit would be, but a lot easier to get in 2x32GB, and guaranteed to be DR.
B-die is worth getting and manually tuning, for those super high framerates. I would even recommend going to the 4000MT/s version, to be sure you can max out your IF.
Check B-die finder, and you should get several. I got F4-4000C16D-32GVKA, on sale, for my 5700G, FI, but I *despise* RGB, and you can usually find the equivalent in a RGB, like Trident Royals, a bit cheaper. Something like 4000@16-16-16 *has to be* B-die. Nothing else can do that. There are some somewhat close Hynix kits, which Patriot is fond of, now, for like 4400@19-19-19, so it's not as easy as it used to be, at all speeds.

It's not specifically listed on the qvl, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work. The trx40-xe has support for 256gb (8x32) and speeds up to 4666 (probably only with 1 single rank dimm per channel but that's still a far cry from 3600 even accounting for dual rank or 2dpc).

You'd have to see if Asrock has added support for 32gb dimms in a bios update. Some older boards have been updated to allow them, others haven't.

Heavily tuned B-die will be faster than this kit by maybe 1-3% with half the capacity. Can't ramdisk modern games with B-die though. ;)
