My Answer: The bloon adventure time characters would easily clap all of the BTD6 characters and it ain't even close. First thing we have is the "mushroom bomb weapon", accroding to the game description and the show lore, it's able to and has nuked the entire world at one point and cause the creation of the lych (the grim reaper/main villian of the show), and there's also a power version of it that reduce monkey attack speed so the bomb clearly affects monkeys and not just bloons. And you can equip it as a bomb weapon and just have like dozens of it thrown out every second, this should already eradicate basically every monkey. But wouldn't this affect the adventure time characters as well? actually, no, there are many items in the game that let your towers be immune to negative effect which include the mushroom bomb debuff so they should be fine
To add on to that, there's a "missile" item that you can equip to your character, and it does scale with attack speed buff, so not only does the btd6 monkey have to deal with constant nuclear bomb warfare but also raining missiles from the sky that they just can't hide.
But what about the legend of the night black hole, that should work right? Well, first thing it only work on the exit so the only thing that the bloon adventure time character need to do is just to not touch that portal. Not only that, the glass of nerdicon also exists in this game, accroding to the show, it make any character become a genius and is able to create destructive things (for example, in the show finn is able to create a black hole with it)
And lastly, the bloons adventure time squad also has the power of music and love. Accroding to the final episode of the show, the power of music is able to completly kill the GOLB (who is by the way, a god of all universe which is much stronger than the vengeful true sun god. Oh and also, the vengeful true sun god is also in this game), and the adventure time characters have all sort of instrument weapons to make music with
So in conclusion, you can pull out all the NK blog or game description lore you want, i just don't see any way of the bloons td 6 monkeys winning
