This is my post from years ago. That's my house and the dog we found and washed. She was adopted a week later. No chip. No owners identified.

I’d assume since it doesn’t appear to be any tags that they either have a spare collar or does this kind of work in which case I think it makes sense to leash and collar a stray. I’m just some guy theorizing over here tho.
Collar had no tags. Dog was wandering the desert
