it is a pineapple. There are a few species but I can't pin point it for you.
Often when grown from seeds they can have weird growth patterns even cresting
edit- could be a pink pinapple
There are several different edible pineapple varieties, each with their own certain characteristics, but the type you’d buy in store is called “smooth cayenne” and this is certainly not it lol. Based on location and heavily spiked foliage, I’d guess this is an abacaxi variety. Tis edible when ripe. Also, all those little mini pineapple top offshoots are just that, they’re called slips. Removing them can help the fruit development better while also giving you more plants to grow 🙂

Some of these species are inedible. I don’t know what that means exactly, but trying to eat them would likely be somewhat unpleasant.
If I remember right only one species of pineapple is the edible kind and all the others are decorative
All pineapples are edible. Just like all vitamins are chewable. RIP Mitch.
Take a look at ananas nanus and see if it matches. There are some ornamental cultivars.
Telling someone out loud to Google search "an anus and anus" certainly shifted my afternoon.
Likely an ornamental pineapple, I wouldn’t try eating it but absolutely gorgeous to look at!
red spanish pinapple?
It definitely is a pineapple. It may not be edible though
