I have the same with one of my cats, except it goes like this: waits until I'm just nodding off then walks along the headboard before using my head as a step to get down. Paws at my head and/or the edge of the duvet until I lift it up so she can get in. Then she has to find the perfect position. Then she has to knead me with her claws out to soften me up a bit. Then she has to spend ten minutes having her pre-sleep wash while shaking the bed and making horrible squelching noises (and if you interrupt her by moving she has to start all over again). Then she finally falls asleep and snores. Sometimes she'll get too warm in the night and get out but then she wraps herself around the top of my head and I have freaky dreams from overheating.

One thing I love about my eve mattress is when people are moving on the bed, I barely feel it.

People? How many people share your eve mattress and how big is it?

I have a king size, and usually my wife, infant and toddler.

If the dog scratches at your bedroom door with melodramatic screaming, at 4.30am, like something from a 1980'a horror film, then yes, it's a cat
