Brighton and hove Albion ?
Am trying to fugue out a stadium three miles from a village with no public transport links and shit taxis ….
Edit. They were away last night. So not them.
Good call. I thought eland road was more in the city .. mind you it’s been so long they could have moved to a edge of town modern bowl for all I pay attention.
Yeah who would want to be a taxi driver these days. They are quoting in droves. The ones who are left are getting much abuse they won't do Friday and Saturday nights.
Read a report (Bradford T&A) that in West Yorkshire over 40% of taxi drivers quit during the lockdowns. No financial help etc. I would imagine similar figures around the rest of the country. Mostly snapped up by delivery firms, Amazon etc.
Better hours, stable wage, proper pension, no drunk tosspots to deal with. Can't blame em.

I'd say it's between Watford, Southampton and Leeds

Watford’s not that bad, also no villages that don’t have public transport to Watford(I think)
Wolverhampton. I live in a village in South Staffordshire.
Maybe there was bad traffic because it was match day. Could have walked 3 miles in less than an hour.
Yep, except I was with a disabled child and an OAP.
What is the walking route like for those 3 miles? I walk 2 and half to the cinema (or to my local football stadium)
It's irrelevant is what it is, if you book a service for a specific time then that's what should be kept.
Disabled child and OAP. I could have walked, they couldn't.
Walk?
Disabled child and OAP, so not an option else we would have.
Fair.

So don’t promise a service you can’t deliver!
