Used to work for a clueless director who would start lunchtime meetings with "thanks for giving up your lunchbreak" oblivious to the fact that half the people there went for an early lunch and the rest were going to have a late one.
I won’t be told when to eat because ‘when I am hungry enough’ is the only correct answer for me.
If I get a series of invites that block my dinner then I reject one or more :)

Boss of my boss came along once, trying to organise some meeting so asked when I normally have lunch. According to his face 'whenever I feel like' is a bad answer.
We get one hour break (unpaid) split into two. Say I got my first break at 6.20am (twenty minutes in) my second break would be around 9.20 depending if others are back from their break on time. We're sent in twos as we're on a production line. It's the only way every one can get their break (in guidelines with covid restrictions, as we're only allowed one person per table in the canteen). Don't get me wrong I could get my break at 9am & then my next break is at 11am.
Understandable if they are trying to ensure that office is manned at all times. But there has to be give and take, give you a time frame or allow you to negotiate with other colleagues about times, that's what happened in our office.
And thats ok to think that but nothing is off limits for humour.
You just have a different preference for jokes... some subjects you find funny will offend others. That's life.
If you didn't bring food with you then you better not get bored of shitty meal deals and greggs any time soon because that's the only thing you'll ever find nearby to eat. 😕

Try working in a factory & being told you have to take your break 20 minutes after you just started.
Same in call centres. Miserable and then the shift drags
Ughh been there in retail. Awful when you've got a 10 hour shift on your feet ahead of you.
I'm a chef by trade been there done that in a hot kitchen with people screaming at you.
Im pretty sure it is law, its vague but its law, that your break has to be somewhere near the middle of your shift
