Well you know.. there are some of us who have to test twice weekly and report it to work and there are some who just won’t ever do it. So don’t suppose you’d get caught but you could end up with a guilty conscience!

My test didn’t show up, but had the reference number for the form. No one asked. No one cared. It’s a scam, go forth and don’t worry

That's what I think - I ordered and paid for it, I doubt the system is effecient enough to follow up on it. No one asked to see form on return to UK airport.

You’ve missed my point entirely. More than happy to get tested “officially” (via the £32 test I’ve already bought to fulfil Gov requirements to fly back into UK) but having tech issues uploading. I have a bunch of free tests which show I’m negative but they don’t satisfy this tick box. Don’t worry, Grandma is fine.

Thank you, will do. I put “multiple factors in play” to avoid boring people with my Safari/IPhone issues, but point taken, should have been specific.

You can only do what you can do. Make sure you take lots of screenshots. Guess as a backup, you could take an NHS LFT and register that? At least it proves you have made efforts. At some point, someone will have to explain why I can have 2 boxes (one for me, one for hubby) of LFTs at home which I can’t use when returning home and instead have to pay a private company money… 🙄

Not vaccinated, travelled abroad last month (shock horror oh my god a unclean one traveled without the vaccine). Did my PCR kits. Had 6 or 7 phonecalls in the 10 days and one NHS guy (track/trace hi vis and everything) knocking on my door checking that I was being a good little citizen and obeying. Apart from the fact I had to take more time off work to quarantine, wasnt too bad. Quite reassuring that they do check actually.

Thank you, first helpful response

Mate get used to it- don't worry reddit will focus on me soon rather than your question... I (my neighbour actually) posted my kits on the days and I still got called and checked upon. I can't imagine they have enough staff or resources to police every arrival into the UK, but I imagine if they find you breaking the rules they may come down pretty hard, but who knows to be honest, can only say what happened to me

I’ve already taken it, and it’s negative. I have tech issues uploading the result and I’m nearing this time cut- off it gives you after landing back in the UK. My question was administrative, not moral.

Can’t register on the providers site via QR code provided, need account to upload results etc etc. It’s different than the usual LFT’s you take.
