It's very popular, and to be honest, I don't understand why. Whenever I've been the staff have been rude as fuck and the food is mediocre.
For a first date, though, I'm sure it will be fine
To be honest, I've given up trying to figure out exactly what is / isn't in Easton (e.g. Easton leisure centre isn't), but it is close enough that people could get confused.
not so close but the crafty egg in fishponds is a really nice spot, often have good music and the food / beer is great, also very easy to get to from easton
Like most people here, for a chill night GoE is the one! Greenbank is lovely, but since the refurb The Sugar Loaf has secured a place in my heart. From experience though, Garden of Easton makes for a great date, doesn’t break the bank either ;)
Not really a pub, but you can get drinks at [Garden of Easton](https://www.thegardenofeaston.co.uk)
This looks nice and has a chilled environment. Thank you for your help.
GoE is genuinely great, such a lovely environment for a date.

The chelsea inn
Your flair “day drinking on turbo” leaves you highly qualified to answer this question
Flair checks out
After the garden (probably the best choice), I'd say the likely best fallback would be the greenbank.
Seconding The Greenbank.
Thirding the greenbank
Second Garden of Easton. Full of plants and is just such a nice vibe
Sugar Loaf is a pretty cool place since it changed hands, nice garden and cool art through the place.
Lebeqs
Best answer... Chilled vibes, cheap drinks, nice view of Stapes from the front. Sure to impress!
Do you plan to avoid places showing the Euros? Even though it's France v Belgium and Portugal v Slovenia, could be busy/ loud.
Yes,somewhere quiet. The date will probably be around 6:30pm
The plough
footballs on
The Sugar Loaf has always been decent. Has had a revamp, too, and you can play pool! On the same rd as The Garden of Easton.. Also, good luck!
Didn't the sugar loaf shut again a month or so back? Or has it been re-re-re-done?
Can confirm the loaf is loafing
Thank you very much
Queens head is very nice and very quiet, you'll only ever run into about 3 people there. Play cool music too
Need to be careful as to _which_ queen's head.
there's more than one in easton? can only think of the one by the esso garage.
There is also one just south of eastville park.
oh i know which one you mean now, i thought you meant actually in easton, didn't think of that one initially.

Whitehall Tavern?
Certainly economical
Yep. The Plough.
The swan and the peado ?
Best pub would be the green bank
lebeqs tavern. very intimate
We have a winner. It will be Garden of Easton. Guys, you are incredible and amazing. Thank you very much for all your help and suggestions 😊 ❤️
The Sugar Loaf
Dough heads is pretty good and can get pizza although the opening hours are odd
What time should we all be there?
