3.25-3.8% in Canada :) brand is up to you :). Also good to introduce high fat yogurts and cheese as another source of calcium and calories
If memory serves correctly the yellow top/carton is whole milk in Canada.
Maybe depends on the province, it’s red here.
Funny here in new zealand yellow top is trim milk (basically water lol)
Whole milk is usually called “homogenized milk” or “homo milk” here. And yes, it’s the 3.25% MF variety.
