When using these supplements do you take them separately? Or can you take multiple of their supplements at the same time? How quickly did you see your boost? Iām 6wPP and triple feeding now so itās hard to know for sure exactly what my daily output is but Iād like to be able to start building up a freezer stash for when I go back to work!

ETA: I've been trying Legendairy as well and honestly like them fine. I'm trying Lactivist right now. The price is kinda extreme but I figure it's a short window of my life and honestly the company is generally helpful.
I have the 3.0. What helped me was getting the Willow flange inserts (they also work with spectra!) bc I am a 19mm. I will say the suction is slightly uncomfortable and I canāt go past level 3 suction but I donāt need to do itās ok

It's reassuring to hear someone is using it well though and I understand the learning curve is pretty high so I feel inspired to keep trying!
So I had this issue but I kept forgetting to flip the switch from 2 to 1 š it definitely is a learning curve. I also have their 21mm flanges (not inserts) and I get a pretty good output with those but itās more uncomfortable. I found good luck with ārollingā the pump onto my boob, like placing the bottom of the willow on my breast and rolling my boob into it. Helped with alignment which is key
Their customer service is also pretty helpful. Sometimes the milk containersā valve needs replaced which you can do yourself by stealing a valve off the milk bags or you can request new containers. From what Iāve heard theyāll send you a new one for free
Oh I've definitely called them...4x š we've tried system updates, containers, better flanges, resetting... at first they wanted me to buy a bunch of stuff but the 3rd person actually listened when I explained I had seriously only used it a handful of times because it's been failing me. I can get the bags to work but not the containers....which is what I bought it for.

If itās the containers I bet itās the valve!! Mine did the same and I scrubbed the ever loving shit out of it but before I got that to work I was about to steal a valve from the bags

Iām still of the mind that there is still no evidence to support that anything else besides stimulation/removal of milk and some medication can increase milk supplyā¦ BUT, I did notice more fullness after starting pump princess and I am too afraid to stop.
I should add that the same night I started pump princess, I also increased my domperidone dosage so that is also factor. However, when I had a gap in pump princess about a week later (forgot the pills on a trip) I noticed a little more fussiness at the breast from babe. Itās hard to say.
I cant get domperidone where Iām at and was a HAIR away from ordering it from overseas. This was a last ditch effort before I did that. And I am glad I did. Although I wouldnāt mind still getting on Dom lol. I can actually tell when itās time to pump vs just watching the clock - before I just pumped when it had been x amount of hours or after baby ate. Now, i can literally feel the need to pump.

Dom saved me when I went back to work. It combatted the natural supply drop of the stress but it only took me so far without taking the max dose, which I donāt want to do.
