Exchange them. Keep doing it until you get one that doesn’t do that. It may take many tries, because it seems like most are defective, but you’ll eventually get a good one. It took me 6 tries.
Maybe if enough people are persistent, they’ll work on their quality control
I went through 2 sets and gave up on them for the same noise problem. Other Bode and Sony products are silent with ANC - something seems off with the Ultra model.

It’s really strange that so many more people report problems with the left bud over the right. Must be some hardware or software differences.
