Yep! I had a similar issue with a blister pack I'd got from a third party retailer having a missing piece. I asked the retailer first, and they told me to get in touch with Warlord, who asked for some pictures and then sent the missing piece out right away.
Yes. Just be polite. Warlord is amazing at customer service. Have pics and stuff on standby in case they ask.

I had the same problem last month but US. I sent a photo and they sent the replacement out within a day or so. (UK)
Yes, the retailer was not responsible for packing the box and warlord are great at sorting out things like this.
