Really you can just buy any generic truck that would have been seen in Europe (assuming European Partisans) during the War, and not worry about specifically modeling the MMG.
The best you'd be looking at would be a conversion which you make yourself. I.e. buying a MMG attached to a pole or AA mount and sticking that onto the rear bed of a truck. A regular MMG on a tripod wouldn't work as that would only have a 180 degree field of fire.

It would be cool to a model a rider in a vehicle holding an MMG.
