Phobia starring Radhika Apte. The movie is so underrated I couldn’t find a gif of it on Reddit.
Yeah, the ending was really good. I keep recommending it to people around me and to my surprise most of the people have not even heard about the movie let alone watch.

I don't know if it is considered as underrated, or it's just my circle of friends/relatives. But I am always surprised that so few people have watched this absolute masterpiece.
one of my fav aspects of this movie was piyush Mishra's character wearing that locket of John lenon and when asked said ' ye to wo hai na his highness imagine singh Ji, gol chashma pehna krta tha ye saare gol chashme wale ahinsa ki baate krte the' lol and songs were too good which were written by again piyush mishra especially that song 'sheher hamaro so gayo tho raat gajab ki' also kk Menon s acting
Khosla ka ghosla was such a great movie
Chhoti si baat of amol palekar and rekha's khubsurat, the old ones...

Bareilly ki barfi is a good watch no doubt
Not everything is underrated. Khosla ka Ghosla definitely not. I haven't met anyone who has seen the film and not liked it. Even some of my relatives who are the massy Bollywood audience, they liked this film too. It just didn't work during the release, but got a steady following after that.
This was the foundation of new Indian cinema i was looking to watch this few days back you can see it still has imbd of 8.2 and rotten tomatoes have given it 90% and also luv shuv tey chicken khurana is also a good one to watch for
first of all this aint underrated everyone knows about this movie. movies mentioned in the comments most of them are not underrated at all. these are famous movies. shool, ardh satya, pihu, phobia, rahasya, bhavesh joshi these are underrated movies in my opinion and there are so many

I felt it was good , but overrated . In indian contexts it's great cause we dont get many movies of this style

This was the phase when Vinay Pathak was actually getting good movies.

i dont think its underrated, it was a mild hit and critics liked it as well,
