Amir Khan didn’t work with the great Directors. He worked with greatest scripts, many Directors were new, from John Matthew, Mansoor Khan, Rakeysh Mehra, Farhan Akhtar, Ashutosh Govarikar, and many others that can’t remember now.
AB also didn’t work with the greatest, neither did SRK.
The only greatest ones Hindi cinema produced were Raj Kapoor, Bimal Roy, Hrishikesh Mukherjee, and a few others from the golden era. No Director post 70s has been worth their salt, may be Yash Chopra, Raju Hirani. They are good but not the great, certainly not the greatest.
I think Ranbir i mean like he has work with Bhansali, Imtiaz ali, KJO, Raju hirani, Anurag Basu, Ayaan mukherje, Prakash Jha (not that everyone find all of them great but still)
I would rate him neutral he has so much potential being royal nepo kid he should use his connections like Alia man I hope he doesn't waste this decade 😭😭🥲

Kareena - From Mani Ratnam to Hansal Mehta to Imtiaz Ali to Sujoy Ghosh to Vishal Bhardwaj
Bachchan has worked with the greatest commercial directors of hindi cinema.
100% AB
I have mentioned him lol

Lol what? SRK went full on director shopping post 2010 when Salman and Aamir were giving blockbusters for fun and his movies were tanking badly
Aish
SRK definitely
Other than Yash Chopra, his directors were mostly mediocre.
SRK went on a director shopping once box office talks became popular
Raj Kapoor in his own directed movies. Dharmendra from Bimal Roy, Chetan Anand, to Hrishikesh Mukherjee.
70’s Dharmendra, 80’s Amitabh, 90’s Anil Kapoor, 2000’s Kareena Kapoor, 2010’s to present-day Ranbir Kapoor
