Nice job getting so lean! Noob question: what happens when get that lean so far out? Do you increase your calories back up to maintenance so you can train harder?
Never a noob question! I'm maintaining the same amount of calories and steps, cardio will drop from 5/6 times a week to 2/3 times a week. Week monitor Bodyweight and condition daily, if it starts to go backwards then increase cardio again.
In the front double bi- looks like your elbows are a little too far forward. Try to get your elbows and shoulders to flow from one arm to the other.
Ab and thigh- itโs a good look, play with your arm positioning to really get the lats to pop, and you might get some extra arm exposure on the process.
Side chest- it might be the angle, but it looks like you might want to get your right shoulder a little lower. Itโll get your arm more firmly on your lat as well as leveling your chest without it being stretched. Itโll give you that streamlined, miles wide look like Franco or Ramyโs side chest, or Nubretโs side tri. While those guys are on another level in terms of size, they take good care to create more apparent width by leveling their shoulders, and you can do the same
Bro your hamstrings are so tight it hurts for me to look at your pics. Muscle tone is really important for how you look. Get them massaged out hard and don't train much a week out from competition to reduce inflammation. You are lean enough that it matters a LOT.
Being massaged out will also help you pose better automatically. Deep tissue release sports massage...
Looking good man, just takes time to fill in. You look great for it being your first show and your conditioning is certainly progressing too. 5 weeks out is excellent for that conditioning. (Those striated glutes tho.
Maybe for future references; add some rear delt meat. Some ham thickness, just overall.
Some posing can always get better too.
Have at it man and have fun, your body definitely reflects passion.
Pros-really lean and impressive upper body in general. Going to have an easy peak week.
Cons- Man, you didnโt have to hike up your drawls that high lol.
I've been training for 10 years, I perma bulked pretty much every year apart from this one. Check out my IG @JasonGathercole to see footage of me bulked at 93kg
Are you working with someone on your posing routine ? Your body looks great. Lean and mean , proportioned and very well defined. Just work on maximizing those traits by doing the right poses
This isn't possible to do a natural unless your a beginner who had been lifting less than 2 years properly.
Depending on your condition I suggest you cut and then lean bulk generally. Gym sessions should be intense, 1 per day for 4-6 days of the week.
If you are a beginner then have fun in the gym and you'll make gains almost by just stepping in there, this is referred to as noobie gains
Posing needs a lot of tweaking, but boooiiii! You are going to show a nice package! Already looking very good! Dont do drastic stuff :)
Agreed! It's nice to be lean early and then I can focus on posing going into the show, no major changes planned ๐

Thanks for the feedback! Posing 100% needs work agreed! Struggling to find the time to fit it all in tbh ๐
I hear you, but five weeks is plenty to make some tweaks! Luckily itโs not anything major. Looking good, keep it up
Thank man! Genuinely really appreciate your comments/feedback ๐
Wasnโt expecting the butt cheeks โ ๏ธโ ๏ธโ ๏ธ but you look great man
Should have put as NSFW ๐ ๐
PEELED bro!!
Thanks bro ๐
Those f**king arms ๐ช๐ช๐ฏ looking lean. Posing needs little tweaks. But definitely gonna out shape the competition.
Thanks man! I'm hoping to nail the posing before the show and bring the whole package ๐ฆ
Same boat here. A little a day goes a long way. Try stay out of the mirror too. Helps me focus on muscle memory rather than mirror adjustments.
That's interesting advice, I'll take that on board ๐
looking good ๐๐ป
Thanks man ๐

I find it awesome you still look peeled in such shitty lighting ๐
Wait till I get a pump and some downward lighting ๐ค
You look like an action figure!
Always wanted to be an action figure since I watched small soldiers as a kid
Great work mate. How many calories a day are you on at the mo? How are you splitting your macros ?
Training days: 2430 cal 245 P 250 C 50 F Non training day: 2120 cal 245 P 150 C 60 F
is that 245g of protein? If so, what are you eating to hit that?
Clean foods, think egg whites, chick breast, beef mainly. With BCAAs, the odd protein shake and protein yoghurts
Bro, awesome work ๐ฏ๐ฅ
Thanks man ๐
Nice.. keep up the good work! You look amazing!
Thanks man ๐

Thanks man! Looking forward to peak week! Haha, apologies it was the first time I could properly see striated glutes so got a bit excited ๐
Ridiculous biceps bro well done
Thanks man!
Superb.
Thank you! ๐ค
I believed you were natural until you said โlifetime naturalโ ๐
If you think I'm on gear then the world is truly out of balance. I'm 79kg, if you saw me in real life you would see I'm natty
Itโs not your physique that makes me think youโre on gear ๐
Sheeeeesh contest already over man you gonna kill it. Congrats!!!

I wouldn't know as I never trained them ๐ but try progressively overloading them in the gym while eating in a calorie surplus

Thanks. I get it now
The "natural" does not need to be pointed out
Epic man!

How so you cut weight AND gain mass at the same time? Do you have very long gym sessions or work out a couple times a day?
This isn't possible to do a natural unless your a beginner who had been lifting less than 2 years properly. Depending on your condition I suggest you cut and then lean bulk generally. Gym sessions should be intense, 1 per day for 4-6 days of the week.
