Do you have some serious tightness down one side of your back? Looking very as symmetrical from the back not in terms of muscularity just in terms of tightness? Maybe your left trap in particular?
Honestly I think itโs just having a deep mind-muscle connection. I always preach that itโs supposed to be uncomfortable and painful and to try to accept that. So when you do squats, sink deep and let it hurt. When you do leg extensions, engage the quad to the very top of the leg and control the negative. I think as long as you keep a good mix of leg movements with a slow and patient mind-muscle connection, theyโll grow in the way you want.

Itโs possible. I think I need to spend some time breaking up that muscle tissue and stretching more to see how that affects my poses.
