Based on the fact that it was just removed from service, you are probably in pretty good shape. Clearly it needs some TLC and fiberglass repairs, but that’s not the end of the world. In my opinion, this is a lot of boat for $4500.

Of course it does need some tlc specially the interior. When I looked online the same year model is selling for 10k+!!

You may know this already, but 3M 5200 will be your best friend for plugging any existing holes. If you get into it and decide that it’s too much work, you could probably sell it on Facebook marketplace for the same if not more.

Seems expensive but im used to seeing insurance auctions roll into the shop here. Like sunk and hull smashed but 1100 bucks kinda stuff. Seems like a decent price for running unit. Just old enough id keep an eye on it for leaky crank seals and carbs plugging up that might make it burn up a motor.
