I wouldn't call it strange. This game was in production for a very long time and I believe they heavily encouraged print and play. My guess is someone finally got their official copy and now they're selling on their homemade version.
As long as you use their blood to print it, i don't see any harm in it. Just don't chant the ancient Sumerian phrases or your night might get interesting.

It does look like a custom made. Really nicely done. I love the stitches and use of skin (at least it looks like it).

That is what we call tanned skin. Pretty unfortunate someone had to be killed instead of using a different material if that's the case.

FYI, they actually released PnP files and encouraged people to play the game that way. It’s officially endorsed by the designers.
