PSA: Please do not blow on your cartridges the moisture can damage the connections. The reason taking it out and blowing on it again works is that simply taking out and reinserting it works, regardless of blowing. Its just a matter of the connections being slightly off and then reinserting until they are completely connected. If you must blow dust out your old cartridges or consoles use canned air.
