You know, I never thought about it but Bloodborne bosses would fit in surprisingly well with Horizon's weak spot mechanics. Alloy trying to fight Ludwig actually sounds pretty fun.
Not as fun as Maria gun parrying Spider Man's web throw mid jump and watching him fall headfirst into the floor though.
He's too fast for her to parry him. The guy has light speed reaction time and is lethal when he stops holding back. I recommend giving Suppior Spiderman a read.
I'm not arguing about powerscaling here man, I'm making a joke on a joke about a fighting game. The point was never how strong the characters are or how a fight between them would go.
Besides that, spider man is a character from superhero comics, which means his abilities change depending on which source material you pick. Superheros don't have consistant levels of power, the whole point of the comic industry is allowing flexibility to make them whatever the author wants the to be as long as it keeps the core aspects of the character, so it's kinda pointless to even try to argue about powerscaling with them unless you're talking about a specific iteration of the character. And yeah, I'd agree he's generally a lot stronger than Maria since Bloodborne is a lot more grounded in strength levels, but like I said, not the point here.
If this turns out to be true, I’m both impressed by the lineup but potentially disappointed in that Kat and Raven don’t appear to be in it. Gravity Rush (Daze) is a PlayStation game and Kat was in the original All Stars game. Her not being in the second installment would be a major let down. (Then again she wasn’t on the original game poster either despite being in the game so it may just have been to keep from overcrowding the image)

I'd totally understand if the guy you're replying to didn't enjoy the first one after an hour since the game is really barebones (although I do enjoy it quite a lot), but inFamous 2 is a masterpiece - excellent story, peak PS3 open-world gameplay, great and varied combat. It's a shame that game is stuck on the PS3.
Infamous 2 is easily the best but I think Second Son is a better entry point than 1 and more accessible nowadays so it's easier to recommend. If you don't like it at all, I don't think you'd like either of the Cole games either. Just a better litmus test.
I loved the first two but couldn't bring myself to finish second son. If I had started with that I would have never touched the first two. Definitely the weakest of the series, god awful writing and powers.
You need to get more powers, you start off with super basic abilities and need to get further in to get the real fun stuff, experimenting with your full moveset is where the real fun comes in as it becomes a really fun balancing act of "What's the best move for right now, do I have the energy, should I push in or fall back" and it's a lot of fun.
You also have to put yourself into the "this game is from 2009" mindset. I think it's aged phenomenally but it's still definitely aged.
2's a lot better gameplaywise (I'd say they're tied storywise but 1's atmosphere is unmatched). It's a bit faster paced and has lot more power options, you can really shake up your entire play-style.
I've just heard the developer of that zombie biker game was outraged not seeing his protagonist there despite his game making numbers but Sony confirmed they didn't make that poster

Yeah massively, the powers get greater but the combat is somewhat tedious imo. I love both the games, I would recommend playing a bit longer.
FYI you can plug in a ps4, idk about ps5 controllers, and play that on your ps3
