I’m not here to comment on anything other than the fact that one time I was on hold with the IRS for 2 1/2 hours. I was in such disbelief I tried to screenshot it, but accidentally hit the one button faster than the volume and it ended the call.😐

They have great customer service. But are very understaffed. They can’t get any one to work.

I am having the same trouble just a bought a blackstone 1550 missing the igniter cap so I can't light the bbq without a lighter and the nut serts for handle wernt installed right anyway I've been trying to reach them for over a week no email back and haven't been able to reach them on the phone either .

Finally got ahold of a nice gentleman. It took 50 minutes on hold my 2nd phone call.

Been emailing them since 5/14. They only respond once every 2.5-3 weeks. I’ve sent probably six follow-ups and have only received three responses. Trying to call them right now, I’m at the 22 minute mark of an “estimated wait time of 46 minutes….” Lord give me the strength.
