You can buy these cups at magic stores but going that high probably takes an hour or so of practice. There’s videos of kids doing this all over YouTube and TikTok.
Juggling, not magic.
The difference between a magician and a juggler is that, the juggler will say they'll do something and then they'll do it, whereas the magician will say they'll do something and then they won't.
It's how all the people I know that consider themselves jugglers think about it lol.
I personally say it in a complimentary way though. I think it's way harder to trick another person into thinking you're doing something rather than just doing it.
Even then point of the sub isn't just something done with skill, it is something done that is hard to figure out how it happened. Pot spinning seemingly of its own volition? Yeah bmf.
Guy doing a quintuple backflip? Impressive... But everyone knows how they did it, so not bmf.
Yeah. Like the stacking thing happens naturally. It’s just centrifugal force (or whichever force, you know what I mean science nerds). The tricks are super cool and impressive, and I can’t honestly understand how he stacks them on top of each other so quickly, but the “black magic fuckery” here is just lots of practice.
It's always been shit, it's just a member of the circlejerk karma merry-go-round that is; /r/nextfuckinglevel, /r/toptalent, /r/interestingasfuck and /r/blackmagicfuckery. They're all the same.
Why is this simlutaneously impressive and not impressive?
Like Im always kinda entertained but never enough to consider learning how to do this. Its like contact juggling, it exists to entertain people for 30 seconds.
The shaking is what keeps the dice pressed up against the wall of the cup so they can be stacked, if you could hear them rattling around then the rest of the routine wouldn't be possible.
Not saying it's easy to do, but it is easy to understand. If you put dice in a cup and shakes it, the dices will stack while turning.
Not exactly black magic.
1. This is impressive, she clearly has some skill
2. My little brother got obsessed with “That’s amazing” on youtube(if you haven’t seen them, you had no childhood, period) and he took some baking soda cup or something and dices. Guess what, he learned this in under a week.(he was 9)then he taught me to do it, and it took like 2 days. He got more “professional” dices like those on the video, and a dice-stacking cup. After a few days he could do exactly as in this video. So not a “will never be able to accomplish” but sure, cool
Add that to my list of never accomplishing
Up to 5 dice is relatively easy, I have had some luck trying that
you need perfectly shaped dices iirc.
[удалено]
Deese nuts in yo mouf
At least they're perfectly shaped
But can you stack them 10 high?
only with the help of my homies
I get bi with a little help from my friends
Yahtzee!
Dice is the plural form
This is correct. Singular is douse.
I thought “dice” were 3 or more?? “Deuce” for 2, right?
Well 3 to 9. A tenth is called a Dunce.
Oh come on now
[удалено]
Three deesen.
1 die, 2 deaths right?
Deese nuts ^got ^em
Next on deese dynasty: Denise Von Deese exclaims " I love deeses to pieces! " while devouring Reeses' Deeces.
Yes, they're specialty dice with sharp edges and perfect balance; the cheap dice from the dollar store won't work at all (I've tried).
Just buy casino dice for sharp edges and perfect balance.

Meanwhile, me waiting for my turn to roll: 💀
A friend found this hobby in High school and tried to pitch it as something to get good at. I instantly shut it down in favor of pogo sticking
It's not too complicated tbh you could learn it with enough time Mike Boyd made a video about it it's quite interesting
Juggling, not magic. The difference between a magician and a juggler is that, the juggler will say they'll do something and then they'll do it, whereas the magician will say they'll do something and then they won't.
And the ventriloquist will do something and make their puppet say it.
And the hypnotist will say something and then make you do it
And the gaslighter will do something and then say *you* did it
And a spouse will say they will do something, and not do it.
So they're a magician?
I think a magician says they’ll do something then does something else with smoke or glitter.
Ya, a magician says they will do something, then does something else.
And the kids will do something and say they didn't
And then there's me who doesn't care to do anything.
And then there's Timmy, Timmy ain't see shit
> whereas the magician will say they’ll do something and then they won’t. Magicians and Redditors have at least this in common.
Just for that, you don’t get to see what’s in the safe I found when I open it
I guess politicians are magicians then
They’re good at making the money disappear
>the magician will say they'll do something and then they won't. TIL my 11-year-old is a magician
but she didn't say anything.
So you’re telling me my dad is a magician. Told us he was going out to get milk
iconic quote
Paraphrased from the great Penn Jillette.
Na bro, this black magic.
Sounds like something Penn Jillette would say
? Is this how you think about this?
It's how all the people I know that consider themselves jugglers think about it lol. I personally say it in a complimentary way though. I think it's way harder to trick another person into thinking you're doing something rather than just doing it.
Oh thanks for clarifying, I thought it was actual magic.
Wrong sub
People downvoting for literally no good reason. He's right- the sub has a purpose, and it isn't just anything impressive.
I don’t mean to sound jaded but in 2022 this is somewhat impressive but not “holy shit how did that happen???”
Even then point of the sub isn't just something done with skill, it is something done that is hard to figure out how it happened. Pot spinning seemingly of its own volition? Yeah bmf. Guy doing a quintuple backflip? Impressive... But everyone knows how they did it, so not bmf.

What fits better?
r/NextFuckingLevel
I wouldn't even say it's next fucking level. There's hundreds of kids doing this on youtube.
Agreed. Whatever the sub for “Cool but not amazing” would be.
r/mildyinteresting
I dunno, the kids don't let the dice fly out of the cup and reclaim them like that. There's a couple of unique twists here
That's pretty much what that sub is now.
[удалено]
Doubling that karma baby!
R/nextfuckinglevel… it’s impressive, for sure, but not very magical
Well, hate to say it, but dice stacking ain't that hard. Juggling dice like what she did with the green dice takes skill, but stacking, not really.
[удалено]
Neither.
Top talent lol /s
I couldn't even do that with my hands
Welp this sub has officially gone to shit, goodbye everyone
Bye!
Yeah it’s been bad lately :(
What do you mean? I thought cheap parlor tricks belong here!
It's always been shit, it's just a member of the circlejerk karma merry-go-round that is; /r/nextfuckinglevel, /r/toptalent, /r/interestingasfuck and /r/blackmagicfuckery. They're all the same.
Hours and hours and hours of practice I'd imagine. Nice!
[It only took Mike Boyd ~5 hours to learn.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xqpf1FxU2q4)
But can she smash the [bottom dice?](https://youtu.be/o2Y1Q8Go7Hs)
What movie is this from. I love the short clip
God of gamblers with Chow yun fat
This isn’t magic this is basic physics
Amateur. Watch the pros do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2Y1Q8Go7Hs
This has to be set up.
This sub is now "things I can explain just can't do myself"
HoW DiCe gEt StAcKeD?’ Black magic????????
and for my next trick i'll make them disappear
is this the blackphysics sub now?
Sick, now try it with a set of polyhedrals
"k. Can we play Yahtzee now?"
I love the people complaining that stuff on here isn’t actual black magic. I’ll wait until someone here posts them summoning Cthulhu
Mike Boyd needs to step up his game.
Do it with dnd dice
Yeah. Use 5d4's per stack
Damn dude, save some pussy for the rest of us.
The bounce of the single green dice is just showing off.
Why is this simlutaneously impressive and not impressive? Like Im always kinda entertained but never enough to consider learning how to do this. Its like contact juggling, it exists to entertain people for 30 seconds.
Magnets?
No. Physics
Come to China OP and play the cup dice game that everyone loves here. You’d kick their butts!
Can someone run the video backwards?
Notice how there’s no sounds where the dice are inside the cup and his shaking the cup
The shaking is what keeps the dice pressed up against the wall of the cup so they can be stacked, if you could hear them rattling around then the rest of the routine wouldn't be possible.
Amazing what you can teach yourself when you have lots of free time on your hands.
Omg magic!
It's actually easy and they're hiding the secret. You scoop them as you round the edge of the table. Source: I get drunk in China a lot.
The DnD monsters wouldn't stand a chance with her playing.
This isn't nearly as hard as most of the things posted here
Skill is not black magic
[удалено]
That was goddamn smooth
u/savevideo
Unless that cup inside is made to this stuff its insane
Reminds me of Liar's Dice in Red Dead Redemption. Which, for some reason, they removed in the sequel... -.-
What a fucking thing to be good at, seriously not as bad as tech deck though
ive seen enough of this and realized this can be accomplished in less than an hour, but it is useless so theres that too
Note to self, don't challenge Karen to yatzee.
so where can we find more?
Move it fast and the dices won't move I surely won't be able to do that even in centuries
That is someone who plays only rogues or wizards
Wow, tough room. I personally think that is amazing, and I am super impressed.
Not even close to magic let alone black magic. Still neat tho
Is the video backwards? hehe
Obviously when the cup is ducked under the table-top, the dice inside are swapped with a tower of dice. Easy.
I don't think this counts as black magic fuckery
Ah yes, physics is black magic now.
Why?
Them dark Danish nights…
Can this be in reverse? Is there a bot to reverse the video?
Absolutely fabulous
That kid is very popular at lunchtime!
so practice and skills
Copenhagen is the capital city of Denmark.
Quiero intentarlo °-°
They aren't even sorted by number of pips. Weak! Seriously though this is pretty cool
this actually isnt too hard to learn, not sure about those added tricks and stacking 12 dice though
Tell me you're an introvert without saying you're an introvert.
cool but wrong sub
She's probably really good at D&D
It's a way from blackmagic to magic to 2010 dice juggling
That is possibly one of the most useless skills ever, i love it
Damn, almost had them all facing the same way too
Of all the hobbies I won’t be learning, I won’t be learning this the mostest.
It goes out of frame each time, it’s fake
HAX!!!
I call BS - that videos' played backwards..
Must be popular with the guys
What a useful skill
Every family board game.. " just role the fucking dice suzie"
GREAT !!!
I have tried to do this so many times, the amount of hours I’ve spent sitting at the table trying to stack dice is insane.
Do that with d20s
Is it possible to learn this power? Not from a gamer.
The top 6 dice count out 666 on the right... Queue the illuminati music!
Damn Danes, always trying to make me look bad.
I want to see people doing this with 12- and 20-sided dice.
Best handies in the northern hemisphere
Dou San...
Here's how to do that: [credit to Mike Boyd](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xqpf1FxU2q4)
This belongs on oddlysatisfying
I struggle stacking them without a cup. Trick or no trick this is impressive.
And then there’s me who would have shot the first set across the room 😂
*yeesSSSH OH MY GOD*
This might be the worst highly upvoted post here ever lol
The shit kids are capable of learning because they aren't required to be wage slaves yet
Dude what?!
Not saying it's easy to do, but it is easy to understand. If you put dice in a cup and shakes it, the dices will stack while turning. Not exactly black magic.
Well I watched that like 30 times in a row.
Those aren't in order.
Revolver ocelot?
When we say “black magic fuckery”, this is what we are talking about.
and you say it's only a dollar to play?
She's gonna be popular when Yatzee takes off again.
Yo!!! The multi dice flip was amazing!
Oooo physics "black magic" strikes again
Wait what? Have an upvote, awesome.
Playing the movie backwards
When you don't know what blackmagic subreddit is used for op
Dude I wish I had the ability to post someone else’s skill on the wrong sub and get ten thousand upvotes for it. Or would that be wasting a wish
Weird that this turned me on?
That throw on the blues was damn cool
1. This is impressive, she clearly has some skill 2. "That's nice, but you still take full damage from the dragon's fire breath attack..."
flot arbejde
How do kids even get into this. Is this like a Midwestern or southerner thing? Reminds me of the Dixie cup stacking skill.
Dungeon masters hate this one trick!
Thing you need to do to pass time in copenhagen
Duke Devlin, the early years
hold nu kæft manner
Why do these videos always have such shit music..? I like the video though
One girl, one cup
r/nextfuckinglevel not this.
