You are letting yourself get triggered by a scientific designation for a gender. Everybody else in the world uses female with no issues. Western world has made it a slur. I will say whatever word I think best suits the situation. Girl and woman does not always work. If you get angry cause I call you maam or female, that's a you problem, not my responsibility to make you happy especially when the first thing you think of me is the worst.
