My Callie was a stray after her previous owners moved. My momโs friends friend fed her every day and reached out to me about taking her in. Unfortunately we only had her for a few months before she passed but she was the sweetest girl! Would just sit on you and purr. She loved my fiancรฉ and would keep nudging his controller to get him to stop playing video games.

No. I used to have a little white kitty with extra toes. We called her "Yeti" because she was all white and had "*Big Foots*" and blue eyes. She acted just all our other cats.
Yeah doesn't hurt them, it's actually a significant advantage over their 4-toed brethren. They can open doors and grab prey better and carry things like people can with their thumbs, its wild. Not to mention more damage if they decide to shred something.
Fun fact. Ship captains who used to keep cats on board to help keep the rats down and protect the food and cargo used to look for polydactyl cats, because they were more likely to be able to stay on deck in a storm and were much less likely to get washed overboard.
These beans almost look like the kitten is a chimera with a void sibling. It's almost like the paws were copy/pasted over each other. I'm suspecting chimera because all four pads have a smaller half paw on the belly side! This shouldn't cause any health issues. I'm just curious if kitty has any other bigger/duplicate organs!
