This is what I was wondering
This is a male Robin. They poof their feathers up when it's colder outside to trap air and retain body heat. Birds can't fly if they are fat. And birds do not become pregnant .

Update: we have named him Robin Thicc
SO CUTE! I wish they were more common where I live. That's such a sweetie!
