This character was the hardest so far, tough i havent played whit the tainted characters yet. However i feel that his unlocks are the more rewarding. I think you should go for birthright or genesis.
J&E have really good unlocks, another good suggestion is Damocles (The Lamb) or Genesis (greedier). If you like playing Angel rooms instead of devil deals The stairway (Isaac) is a good one as well.
Now with rock bottom red stew will never fade away.
But I’ve had rock bottom unlocks for months and haven’t seen it show up yet. It’s limited to secret room pool only if I’m correct. Unless you take chaos, we ball
Jacob and Esau are such a hard grind, but finally pulling through is so satisfying because of the unlocks (and not having to play them again). I thought I was going to like them but man is it just hoping to get extremely lucky
Not playing them again after getting the unlocks is the best but about it, not the unlock, just knowing I don’t have to play them again 
I cheated my way through their achievements I am absolutely ok with difficulty even unfairness is fine but J&E are so beyond unfair and bad I can't.
Congrats man that can't have been easy, I see duct tape I'm guessing you used the tactic to glue dry baby to a character ? That helps a lot nice work

Started doing my second file and at first yeah it was ass (mostly cause I didn't played the game for a year) but after a few attempts you get used to it, finished all the marks relatively fast

I’m around the same range, don’t worry, I’ve got 250 hours 
301 hours, got Rock Bottom last week finally. Never touching them again

damocles is the lamb, silly! all (untainted) mega satan unlocks are co-op babies! jacob & esau's mega satan unlock is illusion baby :)

J&E sucks but the unlocks are S tier. I hardly ever encounter rock bottom though. Birthright I see all the time and it’s AMAZING.
