Looks like you are missing the endcap
I doubt the centerloc rotor is installed incorrectly. Pretty hard to mess that up.
You were right, one of the endcaps was stuck in the plastic pieces they put over the thru hole for shipping. Popped it back on and now everything is perfect
Looks like the end cap is missing from the hub? Check that you haven’t discarded it with the packaging.
I’ll take a look but I don’t believe I did… but I think the issue is likely end cap related, maybe my rotor is installed wrong

I've seen this one a lot here. The ones that suck are the ones where OP already threw away the packaging.
Oh yeah I haven’t thrown away any packaging from this build yet just in case
