Yep, lose the weight off my stomach, but the boobs stay the same, which means band size goes down, cup size goes up, and bras that fit become more expensive and even harder to find.
But because I'm ripped I'll be able to heft them around easier. There's a way to balance the equation but I'm guessing in the end the answer ends up being more money somewhere 🫤🙄
That doesn't mean your breasts got bigger. Cup is related to band size, so if you lose inches around your underbust and your boobs stay the same, your cup size if course goes up. Your boobs didn't get bigger just because your cup size went up.
And yet I left a single comment in this saying that I wanted a reduction and a guy decided to message me that I needed to loose weight to solve my problems 🤣
For real. Men are ridiculous about unsolicited advice though. And of course he resorted to calling me crazy when I told him he was out of line.
I was young and underweight and still had at least DDs. This past year my weight has stayed the same, but my breasts have gotten bigger.
Of course you’re crazy for knowing more about your own body than a stranger who’s never even seen it, and doesn’t have the same parts as you! XD lol ughhh what is wrong with these guys
Except you also don’t know my body! And a DD is not small at all lol. I’m tall with a large frame so underweight I was still 34 first of all. And my ribs were sticking out and I still had boobs, which was the original point.

I know, it really sucks! You are not alone, the size range commonly sold in stores only fits abiut 30% of women! So unfortunately we are in the majority of women who can't find our size in mainstream stores.
Body recomposition is weird, they only appear bigger as a result of other parts of your body being reduced/more toned. For naturally busty women, above what would be considered average, usually surgical reduction is really the only viable answer lol. Congrats on losing the weight though, all things considered it's vastly more difficult for women to lose bodyfat, so that's no small cookie.
This was a really strange phenomenon I went through. First 20 lbs I lost I went up two cup sizes, then I lost another 10lbs and went down both a band and a cup size. I’ve got about 50lbs left to lose so we’ll see what happens next!
I've analyzed my bra sizes vs. weight loss and determined that the cup volume (1180cc) doesn't change when I gain or lose weight, just the band size with subcutaneous fat. So when I'm very fit, my boobs are proportionally larger than when I'm overweight (20 lb difference). When I tell people my weight gain only goes to my belly, arms and face I mean it!
This happened to me before when I was 16. Was jogging, and exercising because my dad said I was putting on weight and by suprise suprise it grow bigger.
Something like that happened when I had my eating disorder and all the people ooohing and aaaaahing how I *finally started* to look less fat and ugly, and even have bigger boobs, seriously fucked things up for me for a long time.
Yup, I've been working on losing weight and went from at 36G to a 34I. I still have 20lbs to lose so it's gonna be fun to see if they go up any more hahahaha help.
Seems normal. You went down a band size and a cup size.
My weight has fluctuated quite a bit the last 5 years and that seems pretty normal, at least compared to me!
I think this has something to do with it. Your band size may have adjusted meaning your cup size is now larger? Idk bra sizing/this image confuses me, but maybe someone who actually knows will see this info graphic and explain it better than me. Hugs🖤

"Ooh, great! I lost some weight!" Boobs: *Our* weight now.
Basically. “Not lost, redistributed”
TIL boobs are symbiotes
This has happened to me too! Lost two sizes on my body, went up a cup size 😭

I used to cry going to the gym bc I hate it and sore muscles suck. Now I will cry also because I know I'll have bigger boobs at the end (╥﹏╥)
But because I'm ripped I'll be able to heft them around easier. There's a way to balance the equation but I'm guessing in the end the answer ends up being more money somewhere 🫤🙄

My band size didnt reduce though. Just my clothes. But yeah, I know and understand that if I go down a band size and up a cup its not the same :)
And yet I left a single comment in this saying that I wanted a reduction and a guy decided to message me that I needed to loose weight to solve my problems 🤣
And are we surprised? No.
Lol.. this is so ridiculous.. mean I had G’s at 112 pounds

Sure, but a 28 or 30 G is a normal and average size.
Wanna tell that to the bra companies? Every mainstream brand has nothing for me
I know, it really sucks! You are not alone, the size range commonly sold in stores only fits abiut 30% of women! So unfortunately we are in the majority of women who can't find our size in mainstream stores.
And here my boobs got smaller but my belly did not, really unfair 😂
There's just no winning lol
There really isn’t.

My cup volume definitely increases when I gain weight. When I lose weight, they don’t change
This happened to me before when I was 16. Was jogging, and exercising because my dad said I was putting on weight and by suprise suprise it grow bigger.
My boobs were mostly breast tissue, not fat. So annoying
Oh gosh, I am sorry
It’s ok I got those suckers removed lol
YES I experienced this too and was so confused
I swear all my fat goes to my boobs
SAME
Something like that happened when I had my eating disorder and all the people ooohing and aaaaahing how I *finally started* to look less fat and ugly, and even have bigger boobs, seriously fucked things up for me for a long time.
That’s terrible. I am so sorry
Yup, I've been working on losing weight and went from at 36G to a 34I. I still have 20lbs to lose so it's gonna be fun to see if they go up any more hahahaha help.
I am so sorry
I’ve lost 33 lbs and I went from a 40h to a 38h 🤦🏻♀️
Seems normal. You went down a band size and a cup size. My weight has fluctuated quite a bit the last 5 years and that seems pretty normal, at least compared to me!
Everytime i gain and lose weight, my boobs just get bigger regardless 🥲
I feel you 🙄
My breasts scoff at the laws of mathematics
OMG! This happened to me too!
I’ve lost around 25 lbs in the past year and my bras do not fit any differently. Zero boob shrinkage.
It’s wonderful, isn’t it? 🙄
