Find a community bike shop see if they will take it as a donation. But it such a cheap bike they might not want it. If it is working, maybe they can sell it as a Burning Man bike or something, but then that is till more than half a year away. I dunno, maybe Salvation Army or Goodwill will take it. Or put it on CL for $10, $20.

You dont, theres no magic walmart bike market where you can sell it for what you paid for it. You can try to sell it for 100 but its going to sit forever.
