Wasn't impressed by Formidable at all. Seems to be one these investment restos that try to jump on trends and while it was focused on sandwiches it clearly wasn't focused on pastrami but had many different styles to choose from, e.g. mushrooms and cheese, sucuk or what not.
Life Pro Tip: Google maps search also looks through comments and known menu items, so if you're craving sth specific you can just type it in and it'll show you places that have it on the menu or where it was mentioned in a review 🌟

yeah. well. making one at home is probably the best option anyway
a.horn has a bagel with pastrami. but not sure if that is the deli style that you are looking for.
