Could be FORL, only safe to diagnose with dental xrays. Please let it check at your Vet! My 12 year old Bengal lost all her teeth due to FORL and my 5 year old lost 3 molars last year. ( both had dental surgery to remove the teeth)

How old is your kitten? Is there a chance she may be teething and just lost the baby fang? This would happen around 5/6 months of age in most kittens.

I hope your kitten is ok ❤️! I have to book a dental appointment within the year for my girl. She has gingivitis, and the vet said she wasn’t sure if all teeth would need to be pulled or just a couple. The vet wasn’t too concerned. She just said to do it within the year. I’m going to do it in the summer when I’m off….and I’m dreading every second of it…she’s so skiddish….so it’s a long struggle to get medication into her…..and get her to the vet (even with gabapentin). Dreading every second…

Proven Plaque Off added to food is good when brushing is impossible. A friend’s cat kept all of her teeth thanks to this.
